This page explains, in plain language, what information North Sound RV Repair collects when you contact us through our website, why we collect it, and how we use it. We're a private mobile RV repair business based in Everett, Washington. We are not affiliated with any government agency.
What we collect
When you submit our service request form, we collect:
- Your name and phone number (required to respond)
- The location of your RV (so we know where to go)
- The type of service you need (so we can prepare)
- Any description you choose to provide
- Your IP address and approximate country, captured automatically by our hosting provider for security purposes
- The fact that you provided consent for us to contact you (TCPA compliance record)
That's the entire list. We don't track you across other websites. We don't use cookies on this site. We don't run advertising pixels.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your service request. We use your phone number and email-style contact information to call or text you about scheduling, pricing, and repair updates. We may keep a record of past service requests to better serve you on future calls.
Phone calls and text messages (TCPA notice)
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive phone calls and text messages from North Sound RV Repair at the number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
To opt out of text messages, reply STOP at any time. To opt out of phone calls, ask us during any call or text us with the word STOP. We honor opt-outs immediately.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. The only third parties involved are service providers we use to operate the site:
- Cloudflare hosts our website and processes form submissions. They see incoming requests but do not access lead data beyond delivery.
- Resend is the email delivery service that routes your form submission to our inbox. They process the email but do not retain or repurpose its contents.
We may also share information when required by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena), or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
By default, we retain service request records for up to 12 months. After that, we delete them or anonymize them for our own records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see "Your rights" below.
How we protect it
Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Form data is processed server-side by a Cloudflare Worker, transmitted to Resend over TLS, and delivered to a private inbox. We don't store form data in any database or third-party tool beyond what's described here.
Your rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we have about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of phone calls and text messages

California residents
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted prominently.
